Elena assists clients to manage their property portfolio, advising on disputes in an organised and efficient manner.

Elena has worked on a variety of landlord and tenant disputes, right of light claims, extensions of option agreements and service of notices. She also assists on telecommunications disputes, mainly concerning 1954 Act. The clients Elena has worked for include housing and commercial property developers, retailers, telecoms and housing associations.

Experience

• Preparing and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and break notices, advising as to the validity of notices received by clients and acting in relation to dilapidations claims.
• Preparing witness statements, bundles, draft orders and application notices for a right of light matter.
• Successfully extending more than 15 promotion and option agreements for different clients.
