Elizabeth Duggleby

Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in Gowling WLG's Commercial Litigation team. Before qualifying into the team, Elizabeth trained and qualified at the firm, also spending time in the Employment, Pensions and Property Litigation departments.

She advises clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic disputes, and is currently working on a range of matters encompassing insolvency litigation, fraud and asset tracing and general commercial litigation. She has most recently acted for the Financial Reporting Council in relation to its investigations and enforcement action concerning the collapse of Carillon plc.
