Elwin Morgan

Elwin Morgan is a Birmingham-based associate who advises on intellectual property law with an emphasis on transactional IP in the life sciences sector and patent disputes.

He has developed wide-ranging intellectual property experience, having advised in numerous copyright, trademark and design right matters in the United Kingdom. Elwin's science background and experience as a postdoctoral scholar in the United States is an important tool in his understanding of the client's needs and adds extra value to his advice.
