Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Erica completed her law degree at the University of Victoria, where she got her first taste of litigation when she represented the University of Victoria at the Gale Cup Moot, arguing an appeal of R v Marakah. Erica also served as an editor of Appeal: Review of Current Law and Law Reform. In her second and third years, she provided academic support to first year law students as an Amicus Tutor.
