Felicity works in the Energy and Utility Sector team within the property group.

Felicity's experience includes working on a range of energy projects for developers, supporting them in their land acquisition and development plans.

She also has extensive experience across a broad range of commercial property transactions, working on a wide scope of freehold and leasehold transactions for corporate occupiers. She is comfortable acting both landlord and tenant side in relation to options, conditional contracts, leases and easements.

Felicity has a senior role within our distribution network operator (DNO) team, dealing with complex and bespoke electricity agreements and connection requirements, balancing engineering constraints and the statutory frameworks alongside the need to ensure smooth, yet rapid, progress on transactions.


  • Working with a high value property portfolio owner in central London offering unique and diverse land development opportunities
  • Helping DNO's in connection with high profile and time sensitive property transactions within the regulated energy sector
  • Assisting a number of power generation providers who are active in the capacity market in connection with the development of new peaking plants and the acquisition of all associated land rights
  • Acting for a large corporate occupier with range of real estate interests, working on the acquisition and assignment of new and existing occupational real estate
