Gillian Harrington

Gillian Harrington is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Calgary office.

Gillian completed her JD at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. In her final year of law school, she represented the college at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition. Gillian also won a Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for outstanding leadership with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC).

At the University of Saskatchewan, Gillian was vice-president of Finance on the Law Students' Society, and also held the position of project coordinator for the Consent Project through PBSC and Saskatchewan‘s Public Legal Education Association.

Prior to law school, Gillian obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Saskatchewan’s Edwards School of Business. She also worked in various summer positions, notably as an e-learning coordinator with the safety team at the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure in Saskatchewan.

Outside of work, Gillian enjoys traveling, hiking, and viewing or creating art.
