  • Advised a private international investment fund in its $115 million sale of twin office buildings with a combined size of over 375,000 square feet of Class A office space located in the Greater Toronto Area

  • Advised an institutional investor in connection with the sale of its legacy portfolio of industrial properties located throughout Southern Ontario.
