Hilary Rushby

Hilary specialises in asset management in the real estate group and helps her clients to make the most of their assets so that they can maximise income and take advantage of opportunities for growth.

Hilary works with investors, corporate occupiers and other large entities to manage their real estate portfolios, whether they are industrial, retail or office led. Hilary appreciates that management after the acquisition of an asset can be as fundamental as the acquisition itself. Hilary's concentrated focus on asset management, as part of a dedicated team, means that she is well placed to ensure that her clients are utilising their portfolio to best advantage and are developing and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

She draws upon wider experience of almost all aspects of property work, so clients benefit from her understanding of the complete picture and her ability to act as their ambassador in any transaction or interaction. She aims to make the legal side of the easy so that the deals can go through as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Hilary is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Service Charge Code Committee, giving her an even greater perspective on the issues that need to be taken into account for clients maintaining commercial property portfolios.
