Hilary Rushby

Hilary Rushby is a specialist Professional Support Lawyer within the real estate group focussing on process efficiency and document automation projects.

Hilary previously specialised in asset management in the real estate group for 20 years. She worked with investors, corporate occupiers and other large entities to manage their real estate portfolios, whether they were industrial, retail or office led. Hilary's background helps her appreciate that management after the acquisition of an asset can be as fundamental as the acquisition itself.

Hilary is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Service Charge Code Committee, giving her an even greater perspective on the issues that need to be taken into account for clients maintaining commercial property portfolios.
