Holly Haines

Holly is a Gowling WLG senior associate who has over three years' experience working for a core participant in a public Inquiry of nationwide interest.

Holly has extensive experience of supporting and advising on various stages of the Inquiry process. This includes obtaining and drafting witness statements, leading and co-ordinating large-scale disclosure exercises and drafting submissions.

Holly has experience of being involved in commercial disputes for a variety of clients. Those disputes include breach of contract claims and post-M&A/acquisition disputes. She has experience of working for clients in a number of sectors, including energy, automotive and construction & engineering.
