- Advising Knighthead Capital on its acquisition of (i) a minority interest in Birmingham City Football Club and (ii) St Andrews's Stadium.
- Advising multinational industrial services Altrad Group on its (i) its agreement to acquire Stork UK, a provider of onshore and offshore services to the energy and industrials sectors, (ii) acquisition of Doosan Babcock, a specialist provider of engineering services to the power and energy sectors, (iii) acquisition of Sparrows Group, a specialist provider of services to the offshore energy, renewables and industrials sectors and (iv) acquisition of scaffolding and construction product supplier Actavo Hire & Sales in the UK and Ireland.
- Advising the management team on the secondary buyout of engineering surveying and monitoring services company Survey Solutions funded by WestBridge Capital.
- Advising the owners of Shortridge, the UK-based provider of high-quality laundry services to independent hospitality businesses on the sale of the company to Toronto Stock Exchange listed K-Bro Linen.
- Advising Cera Care (a leading national provider of domiciliary care services) on numerous acquisitions, including the acquisitions of (i) Cyprian Care, (ii) Mears Care (England & Wales), (iii) Mears Care (Scotland), (iv) Premier Care, (v) Homecare4U, and (vi) Alpenbest.
- Advising transnational conglomerate Hinduja Group on the purchase of Drive System Design in the UK and the US, an engineering consultancy specialising in electrified propulsion systems.
- Advised Rebound Technology Group on the sale of specialist electronics business Easby Group in a £24 million management buyout.
