Ines Lin

Ines Lin specialises in all areas of soft IP such as trademark, design, copyright, and unfair competition law as well as e-commerce, online, privacy, and general commercial law.

She studied law at the University of Passau, where she focused on international/cross-border law right from the start. Ines is well-grounded in Anglo-American Contract Law as well as Chinese Company Law and speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently. Having lived and worked in Shanghai, where she helped clients to protect their IP rights and advised on general aspects of doing business in China, Ines knows of the importance of dealing constructively with cultural diversity and growing heterogeneity in a globalized world.
