Isaac Menzelefsky

Isaac Menzelefsky is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Financial Services groups. His practice focuses on commercial real estate.

Isaac has acted for a broad range of clients, including purchasers, owners, developers, financial institutions and private lenders. He has assisted with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential properties and searing loan facilities for development projects.

In addition, Isaac has experience in condominium law, working on all matters throughout the development process, as well as drafting a range of condominium documents and various development agreements.

Isaac takes pride in his ability to understand the needs of his clients and to deliver advice and results in an efficient and timely manner.
