Jasmine Lalli

Jasmine advises clients on how to best protect, enforce and exploit their intellectual property (IP) rights.

Jasmine works across a full range of IP rights for both transactional and contentious matters, but has a particular interest in brand and design disputes and enforcement. She enjoys working as part of her clients' teams to protect their brands and designs, whether in the UK or globally.

Jasmine manages and has assisted with a number of global enforcement projects, liaising with a network of attorneys in numerous jurisdictions to ensure that her clients' rights are robustly protected worldwide.

Experience

  • Co-ordinating and enforcing a client's global trademark portfolio, including opposition work in over 20 jurisdictions for its major food and beverages brands. Jasmine has also developed a particular focus on UK trademark oppositions and domain name complaints.
  • Worked as part of the core litigation team representing the claimant, InterDigital Inc. in a complex multi-jurisdictional SEP (FRAND) patent litigation.
