Jatinder Sahota

Jatinder is a Principal Associate in the Commercial Litigation team in London. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial and insurance disputes many of which have an international element. He also advises on litigation funding. His experience includes advising on policy coverage under construction, D&O and professional indemnity policies, professional negligence claims and general commercial litigation. He has also undertaken a six month secondment with the commercial litigation team of a leading telecommunications FTSE 100 company. Jatinder has experience of litigation, arbitration and mediation.
