Jeffrey Bradshaw

Jeffrey Bradshaw is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and a member of the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency Group, as well as its Expropriation Law and Municipal Law groups.

Acting on behalf of lenders and creditors, Jeffrey focuses his practice on achieving maximum debt recovery for his clients — either through negotiation, litigation, or out-of-court enforcement. He complements his debt recovery expertise with practical and effective solutions to a range of significant legal and business challenges his clients face every day.

Jeffrey gained unique insight into the litigation process when he completed a clerkship with the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and applies those lessons every day to his practice. Jeffrey has experience appearing at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Jeffrey served as a senior manager in the non-profit sector for 10 years — working with the Jewish Federation of Ottawa, the Vancouver Hillel Foundation, and the Canadian Jewish Congress — and received his master of arts degree in Jewish professional Studies from Spertus College in Chicago. He received his JD from the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law.
