Jeffrey Kukla

Jeffrey Kukla is a Hamilton-based Gowling WLG partner in the Recovery Services Group.

Jeffrey practises in the areas of banking and commercial litigation, with a primary focus on creditors' rights and recovery, mortgage enforcement, real estate fraud and professional liability. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals.

Having been seconded to the legal department of one of Canada's largest financial institutions, Jeffrey brings a pragmatic and focused approach to understanding and resolving his clients' needs.
