Jena McGuire

Jena McGuire is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, working in the business law department and specializing in corporate services.

She has experience in contracts, patents and trademarks, and business law. She is responsible for incorporations (both federal and Ontario), organizations, drafting of resolutions, dissolutions, amendments, annual and general maintenance of corporate records, performance and interpretation of corporate and due diligence searches, and extra-provincial matters across Canada and in the U.S. Previous to working as a law clerk, Jena worked as a legal administrative assistant in business law in both the private and public sectors.
