The last two major projects that can be highlighted are the 'French Pentagon' in the Balard District in Paris (€1billion), the construction of the future headquarters of the French Ministry of Defense, and the new Courthouse of Paris (€700 M), a tower of 160 meters designed by Renzo Piano, under construction.
