Jimmy is a London based real estate senior associate. He has significant experience advising private and public sector clients in relation to a range of development and regeneration projects in the living sector. His experience includes acting for many of the leading developers, operators and investors in the senior living sector in relation to the acquisition, development and funding of retirement villages and care homes.

Experience

• Advising a retirement village operator in relation to a £400 million joint venture to deliver four retirement village developments together with the subsequent £106 million development financing of two of the sites.
• Advising an institutional investor in relation to numerous multi-million pound site acquisitions for retirement villages with GDVs of up to £200 million.
• Advising an institutional investor in relation to a £150 million refinancing of their portfolio of retirement villages.
• Advising a US investment bank in relation to a £300 million forward funding of a retirement village in Kensington.
• Advising a Belgian REIT in relation a £450 million portfolio acquisition of circa 90 care homes throughout England and Scotland.
