Julia Torbina

Julia Torbina is a law clerk in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. Julia’s work focuses on commercial real estate transactions, secured lending files, and construction matters. Julia assists with all aspects of mortgage/lending transactions as well as purchase and sale transactions including completing transactional due diligence and attending to closings.

Julia is a licensed Paralegal and an internationally trained lawyer. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, she pursued her legal career in Ontario working on a broad range of legal matters in the areas of real estate law, business law, and regulatory compliance. Julia continues to use her experience by providing professional support to our clients in real estate, lending, and construction matters.
