Julie Vuagnoux advises public entities and private operators during the signing and performance phases of public contracts, both in terms of counselling and litigation.
Her contract and regulatory skills enable her to advise on the structuring of the real estate programs developed in the framework of private-public partnerships. In addition, Julie regularly assists clients on their town planning projects and on related litigations.
She has extensive knowledge of public contracts, advising public entities or private operators during the signing and performance phases of contracts, both in terms of counselling and litigation. She works on the project of the future Paris Court House, the private-public partnership of the Université Paris VII Diderot and the joint development areas of Dammarie-les-Lys and Aigremont, the Université Européenne de Bretagne and the collective heating system of the Lyon region (public service delegation).
Her contract and regulatory skills have enabled her to advise on the structuring of the real estate programs in the framework of several major private-public partnerships such as the reorganisation of Marseille Vélodrome stadium, the construction of Nice stadium, the merging of the Ministry of Defense on the Balard site.
In addition, Julie regularly assists clients on their town planning projects and on related litigations such as, for example, Université Paris VII with the numerous litigations in relation with its implementation on the joint development area of Paris Rive Gauche (private-public partnership). She currently advises the Ile-de-France region and the Société du Grand Paris on the definition or the arrangement of connected real estate development plans allowing financing of transport infrastructure (Grand Paris Express and tramway T1).
