Karin Kiho

Karin Kiho is a senior associate based in London, who advises employers on various contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Karin handles a wide range of employment matters that may arise during the lifecycle of the employment relationship, from drafting employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies, to managing day-to-day HR issues (such as grievances and disciplinaries), to advising on the termination of an employment relationship. She also assists clients with defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, as well as negotiating settlements.

With an Estonian background, Karin is a member of the Baltic Team at Gowling WLG. In that role, Karin helps develop and strengthen relationships with businesses in the Baltic region.
