
Bio
Keaton Pridham is an articling student in Gowling WLG’s Calgary office.
Keaton completed his JD at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law. In his 3L year, Keaton served as a tutor for the Faculty’s 1L Foundations in Law and Justice course. During his 1L year, he acted as the 1L Representative for the UCalgary Law Financial Markets Club.
Prior to attending law school, Keaton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Calgary. While completing his undergraduate degree, Keaton participated in the United Nations Summer Study Program at The New School in New York City. He also served as a research attachment in the Summer Undergraduate Research Program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Law, where he conducted research on network effect pressures and the spontaneous standardization of international commercial law.
Keaton previously worked as a Journal Assistant for the peer-reviewed journal BC Studies at the University of British Columbia, and as the General Manager and Events Coordinator at Calgary’s Tubby Dog. He has volunteered with a number of arts and culture organizations, including Sled Island Music & Arts Festival, The High Performance Rodeo, and The Calgary Underground Film Festival.
Keaton is interested in commercial and civil litigation, as well as medical defence. He enjoys cooking, dining around Calgary, reading, and playing music in his free time.
