Experience

For a large UK-based financial services group, an on-call advisory relationship of more than a decade, during which benefit packages have been subject to frequent change in light of commercial changes to the business, employee expectations and evolutions in the range of benefits made available by providers. Participating in the business's innovation work-group, contributions can be made that draw on wider experience and an awareness of legal and regulatory risk and reform.

For various international life insurers regulated in the UK, the review and revision of their suite of group life trust and policy documents, as well as medical treatment and ancillary benefit product documents, the provision of regulatory compliance support in their review and redesign of internal client money documentation, and practical assistance in the development of master trust products and the training of trustees.

For a multi-national benefits consultancy, the redesign of its salary sacrifice and automatic enrolment offerings to customers.
