Kiran is a Birmingham-based senior associate who works across all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Kiran deals with a wide range of employment issues on a daily basis, providing strategic advice and working with clients to help them resolve their employment issues.

Her recent experience includes advising on settlement agreements, employment contracts and employee handbook policies, defending employment tribunal claims and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, data subject access requests and employee investigations.

• Advising on and facilitating pre-termination negotiations to secure successful settlements.
• Drafting and reviewing consultancy agreements, service agreements, contracts of employment and staff handbooks & polices.
• Advising on various employment issues arising from corporate and real estate transactions including due diligence and the application of TUPE.
• Advising an overseas client on the UK employment law landscape to facilitate international expansion plans.
• Advising on a complex and sensitive employee investigation process.
• Involved in defending various tribunal claims, including an unfair dismissal claim for a client in the construction & engineering sector.
• Presenting on key topics and recent legal developments.
