Linda Romund is a paralegal in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office, specializing in civil and commercial litigation.
Among her duties, she provides the necessary support and help to lawyers, particularly in class actions and other high-stakes matters. She drafts procedures, oversees judgment enforcements, prepares bill of costs, and oversees interrogation summaries and recovery.
Linda also performs various searches in the land register, the registry of personal and moveable real rights (RDPRM), the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada, as well as performing searches in civil, statutory, penal, criminal and federal registries. She also analyzes the results of these searches and produces reports with respect to the latter.
Linda has more than 30 years’ experience in major private law firms.
