Lucy Haynes helps clients to empower their local communities by providing exciting new developments and to make their most of their assets through a wide range of options including disposal.

Lucy advises on all aspects of residential development, but has a particular focus on strategic land work, helping clients secure sites with the potential to be developed for housing in future. She shares a broad range of experience in residential development - what is often referred to as the 'rocket science' of the property sector, and advises on all aspects of development projects and investment portfolios including helping clients to secure sites with the potential to be developed for housing in the future.

"I enjoy that initial rush you get when a new matter comes in and it really is all systems go, and that feeling of great satisfaction at the end when the deal completes and a client is happy.
"The economy is changing again and it is an exciting time to be involved in real estate and I am enjoying being a part of the drive to assist my clients in leading the market out of the recession.
"As a committee member for Women in Property I hope to continue this drive and help inspire our younger generation through mentoring, in the hope to encourage more young developers to get involved."
