Luke Robert

Luke Robert is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing in the Intellectual Property Group. As a Canadian-American dual citizen, Luke is passionate about helping both domestic and international clients with trademark and brand protection in Canada. His practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as brand protection and trademark portfolio management.

Luke completed his law degree at Queen's University. While in law school, he represented Queen's as an oralist in the Walsh Negotiation Moot and was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada as a student volunteer.

Prior to law school, Luke earned his bachelor's degree with honours in microbiology & immunology from McGill University. He also competed at the provincial and national levels as a varsity athlete with the McGill men's swim team.
