Manyara is an Associate in our Commercial, IT and Outsourcing (CITO) team based in the Birmingham office. She advises businesses on a broad range of commercial matters.
Manyara has experience supporting clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and high-growth companies to large national and multinational organisations across a variety of sectors, including retail, manufacturing and healthcare.
Having worked both in private practice and on in-house secondments, Manyara understands the commercial pressures faced by businesses and focuses on delivering clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients achieve their objectives while managing legal and commercial risk.
