In her role, Mathilde Borsenberger oversees all career coaching initiatives for associates, as well as those focused on optimizing legal talents and their performance. She also advises on team alignment, organizational diagnostics and management coaching.
Before joining Gowling WLG, Mathilde spent over 10 years working as a client account Director and organizational psychologist at a national firm specializing in business psychology.
She also worked as a private practice lawyer in the areas of labour and employment law, and mediation.
