Michael La Sorda

Michael La Sorda is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law.

Michael advises emerging and established companies on a variety of corporate commercial matters, including technology-related contracts and other general commercial agreements, private mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Michael worked at a boutique business law firm providing corporate commercial legal services to entrepreneurs and start-ups in a variety of sectors. Previous to this, Michael was an entrepreneur himself, operating his own law office. He also worked in-house at a large national accounting firm.
