Olga has broad experience in providing freedom-to-operate assessments and drafting infringement opinions. She also frequently participates in IP due diligence campaigns and projects — as part of larger patent rights clearance and IP risk assessment investigations — concerning the transferring of technologies into Russia.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Olga worked as a patent counsel in one of Russia's most innovative pharmaceutical companies, where she was responsible for all IP activities. She also worked as a state patent examiner in the Russian Patent office in the Department of Pharmacy.
