Owen Humphries

Owen is a Legal Director with over 17 years' experience of acting for developer client on the full life cycle of property development projects from site acquisition and assembly through to site disposal. With experience of acting for developers in the commercial sector, he specialises in acting for housebuilder clients on conditional and unconditional instant site acquisitions, strategic site acquisitions and affordable and build to rent disposals.

Owen is technically strong from a legal perspective and is also adept at building deep working relationships with clients, taking the time to understand the client's objectives and concerns on each matter so that the advice he gives is commercially focused and pragmatic ensuring objectives are achieved efficiently and risks managed appropriately.
