Patricia Wright

Patricia Wright helps clients to make the most of their assets so that they can maximise income and take advantage of any opportunities for growth.

Patricia works with investors, corporate occupiers and other large entities to manage their real estate portfolios, whether they are industrial, retail or office led.

Management after the acquisition of an asset can be as fundamental as the acquisition itself. Patricia works as part of a dedicated asset management team helping her clients to manage their portfolios and to develop and maintain good relationships with their tenants. She draws upon a wide experience of working with clients in the day-to-day running of their portfolios, focusing on developing good relationships and offering a continually reliable service.

The work we do really recognises (and supports) the fact that assets need to be kept ready for sale at all times. It is therefore important allow clients access to information, and keep that information up to date. You never know when a significant opportunity is going to come along, so income streams need to be constantly maximised.

Patricia enjoys helping her clients manage their portfolios and making the legal side of the transaction easy so that from their perspective deals can go through as smoothly and quickly as possible.
