Patrick Cajvan

Patrick Cajvan has been a law student in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office since May 2018. He will start articling with the firm in 2020.

Throughout his studies, Patrick, who is completing his LLB at the Université de Montréal, has been involved in many pro bono projects. Having a strong interest in politics and international relations, he co-founded the Comité Droit et Politique within the university’s law faculty. He also studied Chinese law at the University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China.

Patrick was awarded the Continuation Flying Scholarship and holds a private pilot license. He has always been passionate about aviation: before joining the Gowling WLG team, he worked at a multinational aerospace company. He has also been very involved in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets movement.
