Patryk Sawicki

Patryk Sawicki is an associate lawyer in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, practising in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group. His practice covers a wide range of commercial matters, with a focus on insolvency and financial restructurings.

Applying a pragmatic approach, he combines strategic precision with empathic client support. In all cases, Patryk is dedicated to delivering not just exceptional legal solutions, but a path to client empowerment.

Patryk has acted for various stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors, trustees, and receivers. He assisted his clients with asset and debt recovery mandates, distressed M&A transactions, in- and out-of-court restructurings, fraud assessments, and asset protection strategies.

Patryk serves clients from a variety of industries, including banking and finance, real estate development, automotive, and cannabis.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Patryk summered and articled at a prominent law firm in Toronto.
