Philip Tousignant

Philip Tousignant is the general manager of Gowling WLG's Montréal office. In this role, Philip oversees all non-legal services provided within the Montréal office, including activities related to human resources, office marketing, facilities, finance and systems.

Philip has over 25 years of experience in various financial management positions. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, he served as vice president, finance and administration, at the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal for almost three years. Before that, he was vice president and chief financial officer at the Olympic Park for six years.

He also held a similar position at iWeb Technologies, a publicly traded company operating in the field of internet hosting services, as well as various financial management positions at Avestor’s and Bombardier's head offices.

Philip holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Sherbrooke with a specialization in accounting. He is also a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Québec CPA Order).
