Rachael Willetts

Rachael is part of the Corporate Occupier team with a particular focus on retail, asset management and telecommunications work. She advises on the acquisition and disposal of Freehold and Leasehold property, as well a wide range of Landlord and Tenant related matters, including leases and licences. Rachael negotiates and deals with the grant of code agreements for a major telecommunications operator and also has experience in the general management of property estates and portfolios.

Experience

• Assisting one of the large retail companies with its property requirements across its lease management programme. This involves managing a large amount of transactions including a regear project where completion needed to be achieved as quickly as possible to maximise cost savings and efficiencies to the business.
• Advising and leading a major project for a cabin site provider in provision of their next forestry location. This involved dealing with a range of documents including both transactional and planning and negotiating with both private and statutory bodies ensuring completion actually took place and the client could commence construction on site.
