Rachid Benmokrane

Rachid Benmokrane is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montréal office and a member of the firm's Advocacy Group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency and real estate law.

Rachid regularly counsels clients on various civil and commercial litigation matters and his practice also covers intellectual property litigation, mainly in the area of trademarks. He has acted on special proceedings such as injunctions and seizures before judgment, including civil asset freezes and searches.

Rachid has litigated before all levels of the Québec court system and has also acted before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

He practises law in English and French.
