Reagan Chornoboy

Reagan Chornoboy is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Gowling WLG's Calgary office.

Her practice focuses on representing banks, borrowers and other financial institutions in a wide variety of lending transactions including syndicated financing, acquisition financing, project finance and cross border transactions, across various industries.

With a solid foundation in the financial and accounting sectors, Reagan understands the complexities her clients face and delivers advice that aligns with their business objectives. Her experience allows her to navigate intricate lending transactions and provide tailored solutions, helping clients successfully manage their financial dealings and achieve their goals.

Reagan completed her JD (Dean's list) from the University of Calgary where she received the gold medal for achieving the highest academic standing in her graduating class. She also completed her MBA from Carleton University and earned her undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Calgary.
