Rebecca Jeffery is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, practising in the Business Law Group.

With a genuine passion for her work and dedication to her clients' success, Rebecca services businesses in a variety of corporate commercial and transactional matters. Her practice includes corporate governance, general commercial agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.

Rebecca earned her JD from the University of Ottawa. She also holds an honours BA in broadcasting from Ryerson University, and a certificate in media management from the University of California Los Angeles.
