- Advising a large UK social housing provider on their internal solvent restructuring, comprising of numerous steps across 25 group companies.
- Advising FTSE listed TT Electronics Plc on its acquisition of Ferranti Technologies Limited's defence sector power and control business.
- Acting for a student accommodation provider on its acquisition of a Luxembourg based property-holding SPV and a UK based SPV for £53.5 million and the subsequent refinancing.
- Advising Naismiths on its merger with construction and property consultancy Edmond Shipway.
- Advising on the simultaneous disposal of three Jersey based property-holding SPVs for a total of £185.8 million.
- Advising a Swedish private equity fund on c.£70.1 million worth of UK based acquisitions across six separate transactions.
- Advising M&G Real Estate on their acquisition of the Ryder Court, London owning SPV for £132 million and their disposal of the Saffron House, London owning SPV for £99 million.
- Acting for AD Education on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, one of the UK's leading specialist providers of music and performing arts-related higher education.
- Advising VC and private equity fund GreenPoint Partners on their investment into the Infinium Logistics FleetHubs asset class which utilises commercial property spaces for electric vehicle infrastructure and their £305 million acquisition of a UK car park portfolio.
- Advising De Kuyper Royal Distilleries on its acquisition of the Archers Peach Schnapps brand and business from Diageo.
- Acting for private equity house Lloyds Development Capital and Solid Solutions on LDC's exit from the Solid Solutions Group by way of sale to TriMech.
- Advising a Norwegian based software company on the UK aspects of their cross-border acquisition of two UK based software companies for £22.8 million.
