Rupi Chandla

Rupi is a Birmingham-based associate solicitor within the Real Estate Group's property litigation team and acts for landowners, developers, asset managers, housing associations, landlords, tenants, pension funds and retail clients.

Rupi's work includes advising clients on contested and uncontested lease renewals, serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, advising on break conditions, dilapidations claims, forfeiture and other termination issues. She takes a proactive approach with clients and focuses on her technical ability and research skills to advise on the best strategy to progress matters.

  • Acting for retailers and other public institutions with squatter possession matters and successfully worked with Counsel to obtain possession orders in the High Court
