Ryan Waugh is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, working in the Business Law department. He deals with a variety of intellectual property matters primarily relating to patent, trademark, and industrial design prosecution.

He has extensive knowledge of patent, trademark and industrial design processes in Canada, the United States and numerous foreign countries. This, combined with over seven years of experience in the field of intellectual property, has provided him with the experience necessary to assist in maintaining applications from filing to issuance.
