Sabina Malderle

Sabina Malderle is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montréal office and a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice is focused on contractual and commercial disputes and civil liability across a wide range of industries. Sabina also assists clients with litigation risk assessment and management. Her practice involves alternative dispute resolution, including judicial mediation.

Sabina is involved in complex litigation matters, including a high-profile multi-party civil liability construction matter. She has also developed extensive experience in mandates related to manufacturers' and product liability.

Sabina has appeared before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec.

Sabina obtained her bachelor of civil law from University of Montréal in 2015. She also holds a bachelor of commerce from McGill University. During the course of her studies, Sabina completed an Italian summer program in Florence, Italy, as well as a summer internship at a law firm in Shanghai, China. She first joined the firm as a law student in 2014.
