Sachin Seth is a corporate and commercial law associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. He provides practical legal advice to a broad range of private sector clients with a focus on M&A, commercial tech and emerging company investments.

As Director, Startup Ventures Program, Sachin is leading the development and launch of a firm initiative to provide legal and advisory services specifically to startup and scale-up companies.

Prior to returning to the Toronto office, Sachin practised in Gowling WLG’s Dubai office, as well as in-house at a UAE-based company focused on artificial intelligence, cloud computing and related investments.
