Sally Pinkerton

Sally Pinkerton has over 25 years' experience in acting for clients on the development, investment, funding and letting of property, particularly offices and retail.

Sally is particularly known for her work in town centre and edge-of-town development and regeneration and complex investment acquisitions and disposals. She was honorary Company Secretary of, and on the Executive Board of, Revo (formerly the British Council of Shopping Centres) for 15 years.

She manages the firm's relationships with Brockton, Savills Investment Management, Hines, Multi and Queensberry as well as many overseas investors.

Sally is Head of International Real Estate. She has responsibility for growing our real estate business  overseas and is our main contact with other real estate lawyers globally and several international real estate clients.
Sally also heads the firm's Iberia desk, working with lawyers and clients in both Spain and Portugal.

Experience

  • Acting for Queensberry Real Estate LLP on the development, novel funding, letting and sale of its £110 million, 390,000 sq ft retail development at John Frost Square in Newport city centre, which opened in November 2015.
    Acting for Multi Developments on the shopping centre at SouthGate, Bath and the sale of its interests to British Land.
    Acting on the acquisition, development, letting and sale 280 High Holborn for Hines.
    Acting for Brockton on their retail park portfolio acquisitions, letting funding and sale to Tristan for £245 million.
    Acting for a client of Savills Investment Management on the acquisition of 30 Broadwick Street Soho for £190 million.
