Samuel Duval

Samuel Duval is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. He previously worked as a summer student in the firm’s Advocacy Department.

Samuel completed his JD at the University of Ottawa in the French Common Law program.

Prior to studying law, Samuel obtained a bachelor of arts with a major in psychology and minor in criminology from the University of Ottawa.

During law school, Samuel was involved with the Ottawa Law Review, serving as executive editor for French articles in his final year. In addition, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Ottawa and volunteered at the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario (AJEFO) through Pro Bono Students Canada.
