Santina Taylor

Santina Taylor is an associate in Gowling WLG's corporate, finance and tax group. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, indirect real estate, private equity and joint ventures.

Santina has a broad range of legal experience across a variety of sectors including advising on solvent restructurings. Her legal experience includes time spent in-house dealing with corporate governance and general M&A matters for organisations including FTSE 100/FTSE 250 listed companies.

Experience

• Assisted FTSE 250 provider of motoring and cycling products on a £37.2 million acquisition of an automotive services provider.
• Acting as part of a team advising on £130 million sale of a British shower manufacturer to Fortune 500 company and leader in the home products industry.
• Assisted a property development and investment management company list Bonds on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
• Assisted on the £20 million acquisition of a heating and boiler company and its subsidiaries by an international climate solutions provider.
• Advising on the terms of share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and associated corporate documents.
