Seheong Jeong

Seheong Jeong is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Toronto office.

Seheong completed his Juris Doctor (JD) and Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at McGill University.

During his studies, he volunteered at Pro Bono Students Canada where he helped entrepreneurs with their legal issues by providing them with legal information. He also volunteered at a legal clinic dealing with refugee and immigration issues and served as a fundraiser at Lawyers Without Borders.

Prior to law school, he was an associate manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and HSBC with their Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) and Trade Finance Operations teams in Seoul, Singapore and Montreal.

In addition to English, Seheong speaks fluent French, Japanese and Korean.

Committed to community involvement, Seheong volunteers for Make-A-Wish Foundation in Montreal.

Seheong will focus his articling term in the firm's Business Law Department.
